While we’re not actively hiring right now, we’re always on the lookout for passionate plant enthusiasts to join The Bronze Petal team in the future. If you’re interested, we encourage you to send us your resume for consideration when opportunities arise.

What We Look For:

• Plant Expertise: Strong knowledge of plant cultivars, species identification, and care.
• Experience: 3-5 years in a greenhouse, boutique, or cannabis culture setting preferred.
• Customer Service: At least 3-5 years of customer service experience required.
• Independence: Must be a self-starter and work well independently.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs.
• Passion for Plants: A private or personal houseplant collection is necessary (rare collections preferred!).
