At The Bronze Petal, Ltd., we take great care in providing high-quality houseplants and indoor gardening items to our guests. Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to plant health, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Exceptions & Store Credit
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, The Bronze Petal, Ltd. may, at its sole discretion, choose to honor an exchange or store credit in exceptional circumstances. If a refund or credit is granted, it will be issued exclusively in the form of an electronic gift card for use at The Bronze Petal. No cash or credit card refunds will be provided.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at Orders@TheBronzePetal.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, if deemed eligible, offer a resolution in the form of a replacement or store credit.
Legal Compliance
The Bronze Petal, Ltd. operates in compliance with Colorado consumer protection laws regarding refunds and exchanges. Under Colorado law, retailers are permitted to enforce a “No Refunds, All Sales Final” policy, provided it is clearly disclosed before purchase.
